Extreme Cheer Team Packet

Team Evaluation Dates to choose from:

Monday, May 13 or 20, 2024

4:00-4:55 Kindergarten - Age 8

5:00-5:55 Age 9 - Age 11

6:00-6:55 Age 12 & Up

Tuesday, May 14 or 21, 2024

4:00-4:55 Kindergarten  - Age 11

5:00-5:55 Age 12 & Up

Wednesday, May 15 or 22, 2024

4:00-4:55 Kindergarten - Age 8

5:00-5:55 Age 9 - Age 11

6:00-6:55 Age 12 & Up

All athletes should wear the following to Team Evaluations:

BLACK SHORTS

BLACK SPORT BRA

BLACK TANK OR T-SHIRT 

*If you are unable to attend either of these sessions, Make Up days can be scheduled through the office of Extreme.

COMPETITIVE TEAM CHOREOGRAPHY WILL BE AUGUST 2-4 & August 8-11.

Sign Up Fee MUST BE submitted with your 2024-2025 Athlete & Parent Information Sheet.

Team Sign Up/ Placement Fee

$50 All Athletes

$40 Athletes Returning from the 2024-2025 season (If paying May 9, 2024 or before.)

***A $10 convenience fee MUST be paid in addition to all payments submitted via PayPal or Venmo.
